sequin world respect’s customers rights within current mail order legislation and offers a full exchange or refund of the purchase price for goods returned by tracked mail (unused and in the original packaging) within 10 working days of receipt to UK addresses or 28 working days to addresses in Zones 1 and 2. PayPal Transaction Fees, however, are non-refundable and we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
